ABOUT AEDU-INTERNATIONAL

AEDU-INTERNATIONAL is a charitable organisation based in the UK. Its main objective is to mediate and connect donors and Diaspora organisations to collaborate and work with AEDU-In Sri Lanka.

While raising funds for the ongoing projects of AEDU-in Sri Lanka, it will project and advocate on behalf of the children and families undergoing hardships as a consequence of the war and Tsunami. They are on a long road to recovery.

AEDU in Sri Lanka is only implementing projects that cannot be done locally by government programmes or by other non governmental organisations.

AEDU-in Sri Lanka has a group of credible individuals in the committee in each district (Currently in Batticaloa and Trincomalee district only) to identify the needs of the people and support them by implementing appropriate projects. Details of current projects and proposed projects are on this website.

Donor organisations can directly collaborate and work with AEDU-in Sri Lanka by following its operational protocol.

AEDU does not incur any administrative costs abroad or in Sri Lanka, therefore whatever funds donated will be used for the affected children and the families.

The names and details of the members working for AEDU in Sri Lanka in the Batticaloa and Trincomalee districts are on this website on the page for each district. This is unique to AEDU organisation.

AEDU-INTERNATIONAL is advocating that funds should be sent to the right hands and used for the most deserving projects.
