FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABLITY

One of the fundamental principles of any charitable organisation is transparency in all its activities including financial transactions, and be responsible to the people and its donors.

It is essential that an organisation is accountable for the money it raises and spends. The principles of financial accountability necessitate complete, accurate, and timely reporting on the funds and the recourses allocated and spent on projects and its beneficiaries. Accountability and transparency are indispensable pillars of a charitable organisation and its good governance.

AEDU has designed all its programmes and financial transactions to be transparent and for efficient use of funds.

Every resource entrusted to AEDU is used to transform children's lives and the families affected by war and Tsunami or poverty. AEDU optimises resources and distributes them where they are needed the most. AEDU members carefully monitor and review programmes and costs, use donations for their intended purposes, and look for ways to control funds for maximum impact.
